We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidates for our Life Insurance APS
\nRetrieval (International Voice) process. The candidate will be responsible for handling
\ninbound calls from international healthcare providers & insurance partners. This role offers
\na strong foundation in the international life insurance and healthcare BPO domain.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Handle inbound international voice calls related to APS requests and record follow-ups.
\n\u2022 Respond to queries from healthcare providers and insurance partners regarding
\ndocumentation requirements.
\n\u2022 Provide accurate information about pending, received, or processed APS cases.
\n\u2022 Coordinate with internal teams and provider offices to ensure timely and complete
\ndocument retrieval.
\n\u2022 Accurately document call details, updates, and case status in internal systems.
\n\u2022 Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines and company compliance policies.
\n\u2022 Meet daily productivity, quality, and customer service targets.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Any Graduate (Freshers are welcome).
\n\u2022 Excellent verbal and listening communication skills in English.
\n\u2022 Willingness to work in international shifts (US shifts).
\n\u2022 Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Email, Data Entry).
\n\u2022 Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
\n\u2022 Ability to handle calls professionally and confidently.<\/p>\n

Nice to Have:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Prior experience in Life Insurance \/ Healthcare BPO \/ International Voice Process.
\n\u2022 Basic understanding of APS (Attending Physician Statement) or medical records process.
\n\u2022 Good coordination and follow-up skills.
