Sriram Ramani

Sriram, eNoah’s Global Finance & Compliance Officer, has a wide range of experience in Global Accounting and Financial Reporting, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, Board and Corporate Secretarial, Investor Management and Relations, International Taxation, and more. He has also carried out successful migrations from legacy business systems to Oracle and SAP.

Before joining eNoah, Sriram led a global financial reporting team for CMC Limited, a Tata company, in U.A.E. and India. Sriram holds a Bachelors in Commerce from SRM, an All India Rank in ICWA, and a certification in Quantitative Modeling from the Wharton School of Business.
