He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and ISMS Lead Auditor certified professional.
Before joining eNoah, Vijay worked with Sitel and spearheaded Inbound / Outbound Voice, Chat, Email, and Back-office processes for one of the biggest Canadian telecommunications companies.
