As eNoah’s visionary Chief Financial and Operating Officer, industry veteran Ramesh has more than two decades of financial experience in Accounting, Corporate Governance, Profit Center Management, Business Development, and Business Process Outsourcing, and he puts this experience to work every day to significantly reduce costs and raise profits for eNoah’s clients. Ramesh’s work with Unilever and Ford Motor Company set new benchmarks for industry-best Accounting and Analytical practices. Ramesh is a Cost Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor (Florida, USA).

Highlights: As the Global Business Development Manager of Ford’s Global Shared Service Center, Ramesh was instrumental in migrating Accounting, Analytical, Supply Chain, Auditing, and Purchasing work from Ford operations in North America, Europe, and the Asia Pacific region to the Global Shared Service Center, which resulted in significant cost savings as well as improved quality and delivery. Before this, as Ford’s Regional Internal Auditor in the Asia Pacific region, he was responsible for Corporate Governance in Ford units across 13 countries and established the Sarbanes Oxley compliance for the European operation at the Global Shared Service Center.

At Unilever, as the Profit Center Commercial Manager, Ramesh was directly responsible for driving profit targets. He also piloted and implemented the ERP solution MFG/PRO for his division.
