Roles & Responsibilities
- Review broker and merchant applications as per lender guidelines.
- Analyze bank statements and prepare reports.
- Handle pre-underwriting, underwriting, and post-underwriting tasks.
- Update approvals/declines in CRM.
- Review credit applications and perform credit checks.
- Communicate with clients through chats and emails.
- Assess risks and make accurate, timely decisions.
- Manage multiple applications and meet deadlines.
Desired Skills
- Good oral and written English communication.
- Experience in lending, underwriting, or banking.
- Typing speed of 30+ WPM.
- Quick learner with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to take responsibility and work independently.
