Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic freshers for our US Healthcare APS Retrieval (Outbound
Voice) process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to US
hospitals, clinics, and physician offices to request and follow up on medical records
required for insurance underwriting. This role offers an excellent opportunity to begin a
career in the US healthcare BPO domain.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to US healthcare providers to request Attending Physician
Statements (APS) and medical records.
• Follow up on pending APS requests via outbound calls and emails.
• Accurately document call details, outcomes, and updates in internal systems.
• Coordinate with provider offices to ensure receipt of complete and accurate
documentation.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and company policies at all times.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and compliance targets.
Requirements:
• Any Graduate (Freshers welcome).
• Good verbal and listening communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work in US night shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Email, Data Entry).
• Ability to handle outbound calling professionally and confidently.
Nice to Have:
• Prior exposure to US healthcare or BPO processes.
• Good interpersonal and follow-up skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn healthcare insurance processes.
