Job Responsibilities
- Review and summarize patient medical records accurately.
- Eliminate non-medical documents in line with process guidelines.
- Prepare structured medical documents as per client specifications.
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance in all medical summaries.

- Strong knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology.
- Good understanding of medical terminology, diseases, and treatments.
