Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidates for our Life Insurance APS
Retrieval (International Voice) process. The candidate will be responsible for handling
inbound calls from international healthcare providers & insurance partners. This role offers
a strong foundation in the international life insurance and healthcare BPO domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound international voice calls related to APS requests and record follow-ups.
• Respond to queries from healthcare providers and insurance partners regarding
documentation requirements.
• Provide accurate information about pending, received, or processed APS cases.
• Coordinate with internal teams and provider offices to ensure timely and complete
document retrieval.
• Accurately document call details, updates, and case status in internal systems.
• Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines and company compliance policies.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and customer service targets.
Requirements:
• Any Graduate (Freshers are welcome).
• Excellent verbal and listening communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work in international shifts (US shifts).
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Email, Data Entry).
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle calls professionally and confidently.
Nice to Have:
• Prior experience in Life Insurance / Healthcare BPO / International Voice Process.
• Basic understanding of APS (Attending Physician Statement) or medical records process.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a process-driven environment.
