• Begin a conversation with our client
• Our Consultants will finalize the client’s requirements
• A SRS will be created and shared with our client with a test plan and commercials
• Based on the approval from the client on SRS and Quote, eNoah will kick start the coding and development
• There is an internal review to check if the code changes comply with the development standards
• Once the internal review is completed and the changes are approved then a detailed unit test will be carried out by the developer
• Further, our functional consultants would be involved to perform more testing and then it will be moved to UAT
• A detailed unit test will be carried out by our functional consultants and moved to UAT
• Based on the client’s approval, the development/enhancement will be moved to LIVE
• Depending on the agreement, the post live support would be provided if needed
