Manoj Sherman leads eNoah iSolution, a 1,200-person AI-enabled IT and BPO services company serving insurance, healthcare, and financial services clients across the United States, Australia, and Asia Pacific. Following eNoah’s acquisition by Harris Computer, a Constellation Software company, Manoj serves as EVP & CEO, reporting into Harris Computer’s International Group.

Manoj joined eNoah sixteen years ago when the company was a 300-person organisation. Today, it has grown to more than 1,200 professionals across four countries, with revenue increasing more than tenfold during that period. He has played a central role in that transformation, driving growth at every stage of the business. His leadership journey has included incubating and scaling business units across Singapore, Australia, India, and the United States, as well as guiding the company through its successful integration into Constellation Software’s operating model. Over the years, Manoj has held several senior leadership roles, including Regional Head for APAC based in Singapore, Senior Vice President, President, and now CEO.

His extensive experience spans SAP ERP solutions, mobile applications, BPO and KPO operations, healthcare documentation, revenue cycle management, and financial lending services. This broad exposure has provided him with a disciplined perspective on building sustainable businesses, identifying long-term growth opportunities, and making strategic decisions that prioritise profitability and return on capital over revenue growth alone.

Manoj believes the defining question facing the services industry today is how artificial intelligence will reshape the value of work itself. As enterprises reassess cost-to-serve models in light of rapid AI advancements, he maintains that the organisations that succeed will not be those that simply add AI to existing delivery models, but those that fundamentally redesign their operations around AI and proactively share those efficiencies with clients. This philosophy is at the core of eNoah’s strategic direction today.

Under Manoj’s leadership, eNoah has developed strong capabilities in intelligent record retrieval, data processing, and AI-enabled summarisation for insurance, healthcare, and financial services organisations, including several Fortune 500 enterprises. His current focus is on scaling these verticals, expanding AI-driven service offerings that reduce operational costs for clients, and applying the operational discipline and growth mindset that comes with being part of the Harris Computer ecosystem.

Based in Houston and working closely with teams across the United States and Chennai, Manoj remains actively engaged with industry leaders exploring innovative approaches to record retrieval, intelligent summarisation, and managed delivery services at scale.
