Nicole Chatham

Nicole started her career at EMSI in 2005 and has been in the record retrieval industry for 15 years. In a customer service management role, she effectively communicated and established relationships with legal, insurance, and claims customers, and as a billing coordinator, she frequently audited and handled billing disputes.

As Operations Supervisor, Nicole supervised several groups of employees who assisted in the record retrieval process for insurance, claims, and litigation customers. Her determination as a supervisor enabled her to effectively meet and often exceed customers’ service level goals. Because of her success in this role, Nicole was promoted to Operations Manager for insurance retrieval services. She acted as a liaison between EMSI and their contracted vendors, assisted in the recruitment and training of new employees, created workflow processes, and participated in the UAT testing and implementation of new processes. Nicole also has extensive experience in employee relations and team building.

Nicole currently resides in Texas with her husband and daughters. In her free time, she advances her education by taking college courses and spends quality time with her family.
