Sriram Ramani
Director
Global Finance & Compliance Officer
Sriram Ramani has spent eleven years at eNoah doing what few finance leaders do from a single seat – stewarding a business through its complete capital lifecycle while keeping the commercial engine running at every stage.
From raising equity and debt in the early and mid-growth phases, managing the full investor lifecycle, leading the group restructuring and rationalisation of the ownership structure ahead of the transaction, and leading the complete divestiture of equity culminating in a 100% institutional acquisition as the sell-side finance architect, to navigating dual post-close mandates across two organisations simultaneously – he has been at the centre of every financial inflection point the business has faced. His expertise spans M&A, corporate finance, capital structuring, Financial reporting and treasury – grounded in the conviction that financial discipline and commercial momentum are not in tension. They are the same conversation.
Today, as Director – Global Finance & Compliance Officer, Sriram manages a multi-geography business spanning five jurisdictions – India, the United States, Singapore, Australia, and Canada. He is part of the N. Harris International Finance Leadership Team and sits on eNoah’s Senior Leadership Team, operating at Business CFO level within the Constellation Software portfolio. His span of control extends across the full commercial and financial architecture of the business across five regulatory frameworks simultaneously – governance held as a non-negotiable across every jurisdiction and every ownership structure the business has operated under.
Under his leadership, the business performed to the permanent-hold standard – operationally self-funding, structurally more profitable, and capital-disciplined across every unit. The governance standard he held through every phase of the business was simple – bad news does not get better over time. His mandate encompasses commercial finance and P&L ownership, internal capital allocation, M&A integration, and multi-jurisdiction treasury and compliance.
Outside eNoah, Sriram is a member of the Nasscom CFO Chennai Circle and serves on the Expert Committee for IT/ITES at the Madras Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He authors Capital & Consequence – a CFO’s field notes series on LinkedIn – on the financial decisions that actually move a business.
Prior to joining eNoah, Sriram led financial operations at CMC Limited, a Tata enterprise, across regional and international mandates spanning financial reporting, treasury, and multi-entity consolidation under IGAAP and US GAAP.
Sriram holds a Bachelor of Commerce from SRM University, an All India Rank in ICWA, a Certification in Quantitative Modelling from Wharton Online, an Enterprise Valuation certification from Ashwath Damodaran, and a qualification in Corporate Governance and Securities Law from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs.
