Gunaseelan brings nearly two decades of experience in Underwriting, Business Management, Life settlement, and Health insurance. As a senior director of eNoah, he is effectively leading the Life Insurance Underwriting team and heading the Coimbatore center. He has worked with many Insurance companies in the US for their underwriting support.

Highlights: Gunaseelan’s expertise includes life insurance and life settlement, developing process improvements and operational efficiencies, and building and mentoring teams. He is proficient in life expectancy underwriting, Medical malpractice and Personal injury, legal summarization, Disability insurance, Long term care insurance. His underwriting expertise has served brokerage general agencies as well. He has been an integral part of developing eNoah’s underwriting offshore delivery model.

Gunaseelan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. He has clinical experience in various departments. He has successfully obtained Associate, Life Management Institute (ALMI) and Associate, Customer Service (ACS) designations through the Life Office Management Association (LOMA). He is a member of the International Insurance Association of Home Office Underwriters (AHOU) and member of project management institute (PMI). He possesses certifications in Research and Statistical analysis, Six Sigma, Lean Management.
