Jennifer has been in the insurance services industry for 14 years. She started her career in 2006 at EMSI and, after holding various roles in the early stages of her employment, found her strength in customer service, where she took a lead role for a large insurance carrier. Jennifer’s hard work and dedication helped this client to achieve top results in the industry.

Jennifer was quickly promoted to Supervisor of Operations to manage the performance of numerous carriers. After excelling in this role for many years, she accepted an opportunity as a Senior Marketing Assistant with the American-Amicable Group of Companies, expanding her knowledge of the insurance industry. In this role, she was responsible for providing training to agents in the field, updating agent guides, underwriting requirements, and quoting software, and assisting in the development of the WebApp mobile platform. Jennifer returned to EMSI in 2019 as Manager of Operations, taking responsiblity for the overall performance of numerous carriers and staff, including a dedicated copy team she helped build to support a new integration.

Jennifer resides in Texas with her husband and two sons.
