Lisa started her career in the healthcare industry, working for Kaiser Permanente and Sutter Health for over 13 years. Taking her medical background experience forward, she moved into administrative roles and began a career with EMSI in 2008 as a Customer Service Representative and Supervisor of Operations and has been in the industry for 17 years. Lisa oversaw several divisions within insurance services record retrieval, including brokerage, claims, legal, and carrier home office. She has been the recipient of the Pyramid of Excellence Presidents Award for her forward thinking and innovative ideas. Lisa is always looking for ways to make systems more efficient and promote productivity and has played a key role in program development.
Lisa works closely with US and International teams to fulfill shared goals in providing customers with excellent service and seamless processing of their business.
Lisa currently resides in Texas with her family.
