Gans started his IT Career with COBOL and has adapted with the technological advancement by traversing through technologies like GUI, RDBMS, implementation of ERPs, mobile solutions and Big Data Analytics.

In his previous engagement, he led various transformational engagements with large Enterprises, incubated new business services, created innovative business models, developed new & high-growth vertical customer segments along with development & empowerment of individuals as part of creating Second Lieutenants.

His rich experience includes Global Delivery Operations, executing Project & Product development of various sizes and complexities pertaining to ITS & ITES. Expertise in working with domains of wide range i.e., Manufacturing, Retail & Logistics, BFSI, HealthCare, Education, Automobile, Media & Entertainment, Tourism & Travel. Has managed multinational teams with diverse skills & culture and successfully delivered large & complex projects several times.

At eNoah, as an Architect of heading the Product Engineering Group, he led business process automation, HR digitalization, renewed focus on service delivery, customer centricity and operational excellence. Special mention are the tools for BPO operations, medical records retrieval, summarization, B2B Integrations (ACORD) and configurable solution for Quality Summarizations directly resulted in productivity increase.

Our Ready to Use BI Dashboard (Vipassana) and mobile-based Application Health Check are his brainchild and consistently upgraded with newer functionalities & features.

Before joining eNoah, he was part of iGrid Consulting, Sify, 3i-Infotech, Wipro Technologies, Mastek, United India Insurance and Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology.

Gans has Certifications on PMP, Six Sigma, Insurance, Cost Expert and with the recent one on Big Data Analytics. Gans been a Campus Champion in his earlier organization wherein which he has institutionalized the Six Sigma process of grooming Campus Joinees to productive outcome at shorter interval. On the compliance perspective, he has the distinction of enabling CMMi Level 5 assessment (7 times) for different organizations.

He has been associated as a consultant with Mercedes Benz R & D and implemented enterprise level applications and mobile solutions.
