Neel is an industry pioneer with three decades of experience in Finance, Corporate Governance, Internal Audit, and Business Process Outsourcing with the Ford Motor Company in Europe and the Asia Pacific region.

As a recognized leader in business outsourcing, Neel utilizes his vast expertise to spearhead custom service offerings for eNoah’s global clientele. Neel has transformed diverse businesses by firmly focusing on improving quality and deriving significant cost savings through process optimization, process re-engineering, and instituting best practices. Neel was directly responsible for formulating world-class infrastructure setups for BPO and IT operations at Ford and Pfizer.

Highlights: Neel launched and managed shared service centers for Ford companies in the Nordic and Central European regions, and was Head of Internal Audit for Ford of Europe. During his stint as Managing Director, Neel was instrumental in setting up the Ford Global Shared Service Center, which showed rapid expansion by growing from 17 to 700 employees in a remarkably short time.

Under Neel’s able leadership, the Ford Global Shared Service Center received India’s Golden Peacock National awards for Quality and Innovation by implementing ISO, Six Sigma, Sarbanes & Oxley, and 5S quality standards. The company also won the Ford President’s Customer Driven Quality award for distinguished achievements in customer satisfaction, as well as the Ford Chairman’s accolade for outstanding volunteer work in the local community. Neel is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, U.K. (FCMA).

As the Founding CEO of eNoah, Balu spearheads the company’s global business interests with visionary dynamism, bringing over 30+ years of experience in the U.S. Insurance Services industry. In addition to his comprehensive knowledge of the U.S. Life Insurance domain, Balu’s impressive, far-reaching repertoire includes Business Development, Operations, Training, and managing financial advisor networks.

Highlights: Before launching eNoah, Balu was Vice President of Marketing at Linsco/Private Ledger (LPL Insurance, CA) and, before that, General Manager of Insurance Services at Associated Securities Corp. (Pacific Life). A recognized star in the insurance industry, Balu generated $4.2 billion in Annuity sales and $150 million in Life Insurance sales for LPL.

Balu has provided training in advanced Estate & Financial Planning concepts to over 5,600 financial advisors. His Leadership training offered in-depth knowledge of products, software, case design, and competitive strategies. He also handled KPO work for Transamerica Life Agency in the areas of buy-sell agreements, key-man insurance, irrevocable trusts, estate planning, and policy. Balu has negotiated and coordinated sales and commission agreements with over 50 different insurance companies. He holds an MBA in International Marketing and a BS in Electronic Engineering from Pacific States University in Los Angeles, California.

As eNoah’s visionary Chief Financial Officer, industry veteran Ramesh has more than 30 years of financial experience in Accounting, Corporate Governance, Profit Center Management, Business Development, and Business Process Outsourcing, and he puts this experience to work every day to significantly reduce costs and raise profits for eNoah’s clients. Ramesh’s work with Unilever and Ford Motor Company set new benchmarks for industry-best Accounting and Analytical practices. Ramesh is a Cost Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor (Florida, USA).

Highlights: As the Global Business Development Manager of Ford’s Global Shared Service Center, Ramesh was instrumental in migrating Accounting, Analytical, Supply Chain, Auditing, and Purchasing work from Ford operations in North America, Europe, and the Asia Pacific region to the Global Shared Service Center, which resulted in significant cost savings as well as improved quality and delivery. Before this, as Ford’s Regional Internal Auditor in the Asia Pacific region, he was responsible for Corporate Governance in Ford units across 13 countries and established the Sarbanes Oxley compliance for the European operation at the Global Shared Service Center.

At Unilever, as the Profit Center Commercial Manager, Ramesh was directly responsible for driving profit targets. He also piloted and implemented the ERP solution MFG/PRO for his division.

Manoj is currently based in the U.S., where he serves as the President of eNoah. In this role, he provides strategic direction and collaborates with other senior officers, including VPs, directors, and LOB heads, to ensure positive outcomes while meeting the corporate objectives set by eNoah.

He has been an integral part of eNoah senior management since 2010 with 30+ years of experience. Before his deputation to the U.S., he was headquartered in Singapore as Senior Vice President of APAC, where he was responsible for successfully penetrating new geographies and launching eNoah in new markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia. He has a Masters in ERP and three decades of experience in IT and Management across international markets, and he strategically engages with customers to identify industry-specific challenges, working closely with managers and clients to address industry pain points with innovative new technology such as data science, automation, and machine learning.

Manoj spearheads strategic initiatives and GTM for new and existing products and service lines. His leadership has resulted in strong growth in revenue and profitability for eNoah. Manoj is responsible for articulating business plans focusing on policy matters, corporate objectives, budgeting, and forecasting.

Highlights: Manoj is a successful serial entrepreneur. He was the Founding Director of two start-ups, Scryptions India Pvt Ltd and Mediland Transtech Pvt Ltd, where he played a vital role in streamlining business processes, improving healthcare documentation, and making key strategic decisions to improve top lines and profitability.

He helped incubate and scale operations up from a start-up to a few hundred strong. A brilliant technical and business executive leader, Manoj has developed an innovative technology platform for medical transcription companies. He has a Master’s in Business (ERP) and a Bachelor’s in Pharmacy. He is trained and certified in Oracle Financials and PMIS (Project Management Information Systems) and he has Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

With over 38 years of experience spanning manufacturing, IT services, and human resources, Subbu M.V. serves as the Chief Operating Officer of eNoah. A proven leader, Subbu has spearheaded large-scale process implementations across the globe, managing diverse teams of multinational professionals with finesse and dedication.

In his tenure at eNoah, Subbu has collaborated with IT and Data Science teams to develop cutting-edge AI tools that have significantly enhanced process efficiency in the insurance and financial industries. His visionary leadership led to the establishment of Global Delivery Centers in Chennai, Coimbatore, and Indore—strategic Business Continuity Sites that adhere to International Data Security Standards, ensuring seamless operations for eNoah’s global clientele.

Before joining eNoah, Subbu held key roles in Operations, HR, and Technology at Accurate Data & Altius, a strategic venture with Bytemanagers in Chicago. He pioneered rural BPO concepts, setting up scalable 500-seat facilities and designing warm Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity sites for US operations. His expertise extends to crafting ERP solutions tailored to the textile, latex, and hospital industries.

Subbu’s illustrious career in the manufacturing sector includes heading operations at large yarn manufacturing plants in India and Thailand. KG Group – Coimbatore shaped up his manufacturing career. His strategical initiatives helped the Yarn Manufacturing Plant shine as one of the most profitable plants in the industry. He successfully implemented enterprise-wide Kaizen methodologies for a TVS Group company in India and involved in implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices for the world’s first JIPM-certified textile plant. His engineering acumen is further reflected in his specialization in engineering content management, data enrichment, and cleansing—managing over a million SKUs for various US-based eCommerce portals.

An accomplished professional, Subbu is a Member of the Institute of Engineers and holds an MBA in Production and Systems. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI, USA. A passionate advocate for knowledge sharing, Subbu excels as a trainer in project management, quality systems, maintenance, and plant operations.

Sreekesh Menon is a distinguished technology executive, recognized for his influential roles in engineering transformation within financial services and insurance. He has held impactful leadership positions at companies such as Corebridge Financial and AIG, where he drove significant advancements in software engineering, DevOps, and quality engineering.

Academically, Sreekesh Menon holds advanced degrees in Control Systems and Electronics & Communications. He has enhanced his credentials with professional certifications from MIT Sloan School of Management and The George Washington University School of Business, further underscoring his blend of technical mastery and strategic insight.

Sreekesh’s professional approach is characterized by a commitment to pushing the boundaries of technology, innovation, and strategic investment. His track record highlights a vision for engineering excellence and business innovation, making him a key figure in both technology leadership and the business ecosystem.

As eNoah’s principal technology consultant, M. Krishnamoorthy (MSK) brings over 35 years of robust leadership, management, IT, and consulting experience to our clients. MSK has honed his craft with several Fortune 500 consulting organizations, combining a talent for leadership with exceptional systems engineering skills to deliver excellent results. His expertise extends to conventional application architecture, cloud computing, big data, mobile applications, and system security.

MSK conceives and implements aggressive strategies that lead to revenue and profit growth. He has cultivated business relationships with both domestic and international senior executives and he has contributed to patents in the field of information systems and software engineering. He also provides management consulting for mergers and acquisitions. MSK has gained further specialized skills by preparing aspiring professionals for the challenges of the competitive industrial environment.

T K Ganapathy Subramaniam, also known as Gans, is a versatile personality with a results-driven mindset and entrepreneurial focus. With a blend of managerial, functional, technical, and quality leadership, he has developed the capability to excel in any stream. As Vice President, he is responsible for leading the IT organization and implementing a digital strategy that accelerates the company’s transformation and achieves business goals through efficient deliveries.

With comprehensive experience in IT, he has a proven track record of growing business footprints, becoming a reliable partner for multiple clients and enterprise accounts across geographies, including APAC, EMEA, and NA. He has been instrumental in winning large deals, account mining, successful deliveries, repeat business, and scaling up to the preferred partner list, along with media and press accreditation by various clients.

With more than 35 years of IT experience, he has a passion for innovative solutions to complex problems. He provides solution advisory to clients, partners, and internal teams in terms of technical, functional, and quality aspects, guiding them to meet their objectives. Gans started his IT career with COBOL and has adapted to technological advancements by traversing through technologies like GUI, RDBMS, ERP implementation, mobile solutions, and big data analytics.

In his previous engagements, he led various transformational projects with large enterprises, incubated new business services, created innovative business models, developed new and high-growth vertical customer segments, and empowered individuals as part of creating second lieutenants.

His rich experience includes global delivery operations, executing projects and product development of various sizes and complexities related to ITS and ITES. He has expertise in working with a wide range of domains, including manufacturing, retail and logistics, BFSI, healthcare, education, automobile, media and entertainment, tourism, and travel. He has managed multinational teams with diverse skills and cultures and successfully delivered large and complex projects multiple times.

At eNoah, as the architect heading the Product Engineering Group, he led business process automation, HR digitalization, renewed focus on service delivery, customer centricity, and operational excellence. Notable achievements include tools for BPO operations, medical records retrieval, summarization, B2B integrations (ACORD), and a configurable solution for quality summarizations, which directly resulted in productivity increases.

Our ready-to-use BI Dashboard (Vipassana) and mobile-based Application Health Check are his brainchildren and are consistently upgraded with newer functionalities and features.

Before joining eNoah, he was part of iGrid Consulting, Sify, 3i-Infotech, Wipro Technologies, Mastek, United India Insurance, and the Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology.

Gans holds certifications in PMP, Six Sigma, insurance, cost expertise, and most recently, big data analytics. He was a campus champion in his previous organization, where he institutionalized the Six Sigma process of grooming campus joiners to achieve productive outcomes in a shorter interval. On the compliance front, he has the distinction of enabling CMMi Level 5 assessment seven times for different organizations.

He has also been associated as a consultant with Mercedes Benz R&D, implementing enterprise-level applications and mobile solutions.

As Vice President of IT Services, Warren oversees the development and deployment of eNoah’s applications and integrations. He harnesses his passion for high-quality technology and processes to deliver easy-to-use systems, streamline workflows, and partner with users to help them meet their goals. Warren’s philosophy is that software, when used properly, is a tool to reduce cycle time and provide excellent customer experiences.

Highlights: Warren has over 25 years of experience supporting the Life Insurance, Legal, Workplace Drug Testing, and Health industries. He started his career as a Documentation and Training Specialist at EMSI and later moved into a Business Analyst role to help create workflows, design reports, and test applications for quality. Because of his passion for customer service and his in-depth knowledge of systems and processes, he was promoted to Customer Integrations and Onboarding, where he focused on providing a superior experience for customers as their first contact with the company. Warren continued his career at EMSI with promotions to Director of B2B Services, Senior Director of Application Development, and, ultimately, Vice President of Application Development.

Lacy has been in the insurance services industry for 20+ years. She previously worked at EMSI (Examination Management Services, Inc.), one of the largest service providers for the industry in the U.S. She resides in Texas with her husband and two daughters.

Highlights: Lacy began her career in medical record retrieval operations, but quickly moved into sales support and account management, where she assisted the development and growth of the Brokerage Services Division. After a brief stint as an IT BA, responsible for UAT of a newly launched ordering platform, she returned to her passion of managing operations as a supervisor of the Brokerage Services Division. Soon after, she was promoted to manager of Insurance and Brokerage Services and eventually to Vice President of Operations for Insurance, Claims, Legal, Health, and Brokerage Services.

Lacy managed call centers in various locations across the U.S. to support international teams. Based on her wide range of experience, she has a unique understanding of the medical record retrieval process and a consultative approach when it comes to supporting clients’ needs. She leverages her in-depth knowledge to lead innovations in the medical record retrieval industry, collaborating with vendor partners to develop efficient ways to positively impact cycle times.

Coleen has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on Individual Life, Health, and Annuity products. She was Senior Director of Underwriting and Data Abstraction for EMSI and has held leadership positions related to Underwriting, Claims, and Annuity services with several U.S.-based carriers throughout her career. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, tennis, reading, and traveling.

Highlights: Coleen has served on the Board of Directors for the FLMI Society of Nebraska, and as Chair of the Quality Steering Committee for World Insurance. She was a licensed Life and Health Insurance agent.

Coleen has experience with the development of Underwriting Guidelines, Auditing, APS Summaries, Workbenches, Accelerated Underwriting Platforms, Policy and Procedure Documentation, Underwriter Recruiting and Placement, Claims, Total Quality Management, Product Development, Policy Owner Services, Sales, Marketing, and Actuarial.

Stacey has been in the insurance services industry for 25 years. She previously worked at Diversified Brokerage Services, Inc., one of the largest national brokerage agencies in the U.S. She resides in Minnesota with her husband and two daughters.

Highlights: Stacey began her career as a Brokerage Assistant and quickly moved up to become a Brokerage Case Manager, Team Leader, and Senior New Business Manager. She assisted with the restructuring of the New Business Department and led up to three teams for application entry, case management, and policy issuance. In her final role, she led two Case Management teams and handled Carrier and Vendor Relations. Working in these positions gave her a comprehensive look at nearly all aspects of the life of an application, from presale and new business administration to underwriting and in-force services.

Stacey also served on several Carrier Operational Boards and Committees and participated in pilots where she contributed to process efficiencies and innovations with carrier and vendor partners. In these roles, she gained insights into the needs of Brokerage and Direct Agency distribution as well as the Carrier and Vendor market space.

Rebecca has over 25 years of experience in the life insurance industry, with a strong focus on medical records summarization. Most recently, she served as Director of Underwriting and Summary Services for EMSI. Her expertise extends to auditing, APS summaries, summary platform development, policy and procedure documentation, training, life expectancies and life settlements, employee management, and team-building.

Rebecca has served as the Secretary and Treasurer of the Board of Directors for the Texas-wide Underwriting Conference. In her free time, she enjoys playing the guitar, gardening, and spending time with her family and pets.

Mark is an experienced National Sales Director with an extensive history of demonstrable success in the insurance industry. With over 40 years of experience, Mark is an established leader in the insurance services industry with deep knowledge of medical records, summarizations and contract underwriting. Mark’s career began at the John Hancock Life Insurance Company, where he gained a comprehensive knowledge of the insurance industry; specifically life, property, and casualty products. From there, he transitioned to insurance support services with Equifax and EMSI. He utilizes his expertise to partner successfully with industry leaders and support their efforts to increase efficiency and profitability. Mark holds a BA from Boston College and lives with his wife Kathleen in the Boston, MA area.

Highlights: Mark’s well-rounded career has given him a unique vantage point into the needs of the insurance industry. Before joining eNoah, Mark worked for EMSI for over 18 years. It was here that he successfully utilized his broad industry knowledge to establish strong alliances with cornerstones of the insurance industry. He utilizes his knowledge and experience to partner with companies looking to gain strength in this competitive market.

Gopi is headquartered in the U.S., where he serves as eNoah’s Assistant Vice President of Business Process Operations and Information Technology Projects, leading both on-site and offshore teams to consistently deliver excellence in IT and BPO projects. Gopi has been an integral part of eNoah since 2008.

Gopi works closely with U.S. clients to address their specific pain points with process and technology solutions that provide thorough business improvement by leveraging innovative, effective methodologies such as data science, automation, and machine learning. Gopi partners with offshore managers to foster effective communication between the client and eNoah’s core business and technology teams.

As an Onsite Program Manager, Gopi plays a key role in ensuring business continuity and exploring business development opportunities. He manages staff augmentation for onsite requirements and works closely with the vendor team.

Highlights: Before his deputation to the U.S., Gopi was a Senior Manager for eNoah iSolutions India PVT Ltd, where he managed multiple industry projects in Business Technology areas. Before joining eNoah, he acted as a Subject Matter Expert for Intelenet Global Services and managed U.K. Mortgage Case Assessment and Management.

Gopi has a Masters in Business Administration (Project Management) and Public Administration. He is trained and certified in Agile Scrum Master (CSM) and Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Robotics Process Automation (RPA), and Total Quality Management (TQM). He also holds a green belt certification in Six Sigma.

Shashi is eNoah’s Sales Director in the Asia Pacific region. He has worked with some of Australia’s largest organizations, as well as several start-ups, and has over 15 years of experience in technology and finance. He is an expert at combining businesses’ strategic requirements with their technology needs, ensuring that systems are optimally built and designed to support and enhance an organization’s strategy.

Shashi is very active in the start-up technology companies landscape in Australia. He is also involved with many boards in an advisory capacity.

Mohan is a result-driven Process Excellence, Quality Assurance, and Information Security management professional with over 20 years of experience in information security, risk management, process implementation, and testing management. As a seasoned executive with sound reasoning and analytical abilities, Mohan has a wide range of skills in delivery, release, and project management. He is an accomplished IT Project Management professional with a successful track record and more than a decade of experience delivering IT solutions that leverage global delivery models.

Mohan has a variety of professional certifications, including but not limited to CISA, Certified Ethical Hacking, Forensic Investigation, PRINCE2, and ITIL. He is ISO 27001-certified for lead implementation, auditing, and business continuity management, and is also an ISO-certified Lead Auditor for Information Security Management. Mohan has served as a single point of contact for all activities related to quality control and quality assurance, and he has achieved huge success in the implementation and delivery of project management initiatives. He has worked on bridging processes during acquisitions, helping to define unified models for development and delivery.

Mohan has championed various initiatives across different organizations, helping them leverage automation to reduce cycle time and improve efficiency. He is trained in Capability Maturity Model Integration, a unique model for software initiatives. He is deeply interested in the entire software development and project life cycle and he has a knack for communicating with both peers and senior management.

Girish is an experienced project manager and business development professional with an excellent track record in the insurance, automotive, and entertainment industries. He has worked on several complex deal structures and successfully brought many new project transitions to life.

Girish has exceptional organizational talent and holds himself to the highest ethical standards. He is skilled at leading large teams and works closely with customers to ensure the successful delivery of project and business outcomes. He holds a Bachelor’s in Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration.
