Neel is an industry pioneer with three decades of experience in Finance, Corporate Governance, Internal Audit, and Business Process Outsourcing with the Ford Motor Company in Europe and the Asia Pacific region.
As a recognized leader in business outsourcing, Neel utilizes his vast expertise to spearhead custom service offerings for eNoah’s global clientele. Neel has transformed diverse businesses by firmly focusing on improving quality and deriving significant cost savings through process optimization, process re-engineering, and instituting best practices. Neel was directly responsible for formulating world-class infrastructure setups for BPO and IT operations at Ford and Pfizer.
Highlights: Neel launched and managed shared service centers for Ford companies in the Nordic and Central European regions, and was Head of Internal Audit for Ford of Europe. During his stint as Managing Director, Neel was instrumental in setting up the Ford Global Shared Service Center, which showed rapid expansion by growing from 17 to 700 employees in a remarkably short time.
Under Neel’s able leadership, the Ford Global Shared Service Center received India’s Golden Peacock National awards for Quality and Innovation by implementing ISO, Six Sigma, Sarbanes & Oxley, and 5S quality standards. The company also won the Ford President’s Customer Driven Quality award for distinguished achievements in customer satisfaction, as well as the Ford Chairman’s accolade for outstanding volunteer work in the local community. Neel is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, U.K. (FCMA).
