Neel is an Industry Pioneer with three decades of solid experience in the areas of Finance, Corporate Governance, Internal Audit and Business Process Outsourcing with Ford Motor Company in Europe and the Asia Pacific Region.
As a recognized leader in business outsourcing Neel utilizes his vast expertise to spearhead eNoah’s custom service offerings to our global clientele .Neel has led migration over several diverse processes transforming businesses, firmly focusing on improving quality and deriving significant cost savings through process optimization, process re-engineering and best practices. Neel was directly responsible for formulating world-class infrastructure set ups for BPO and IT operations at Ford and Pfizer.Highlights:
Neel launched and managed shared service centers for Ford companies in the Nordic and Central European regions and was Head of Internal Audit for Ford of Europe. During his stint as Managing Director Neel was instrumental in setting up the Ford Global Shared Service Center which showed rapid expansion growing from 17 to 700 employees in remarkably short time.
Under his able leadership, the Ford Global Shared Service Center received the Golden Peacock National awards for Quality & Innovation in implementing ISO, Six Sigma, Sarbanes & Oxley and 5S quality standards.The company won the Ford President’s Customer Driven Quality award for distinguished achievements towards customer satisfaction, also receiving the Ford Chairman’s accolade for outstanding volunteer work in the local community. Neel is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, U.K. (FCMA).
As the Founding CEO of eNoah, Balu leverages his broad US Insurance Services industry experience spanning more than 20 years into spearheading eNoah’s global business interests with visionary dynamism. Balu’s impressive repertoire covers Business Development, Operations, Training ,Managing Financial Advisor networks, plus a comprehensive expert knowledge of the US Life Insurance industry.Before launching eNoah, he was the Vice President – Marketing, at Linsco/Private Ledger (LPL Insurance, CA) and prior to that, General Manager of Insurance Services at Associated Securities Corp. (Pacific Life).
Balu has provided expertise and training in advanced Estate & Financial planning concepts to 5600+ financial advisors. His Leadership training included providing in-depth knowledge of product, software, case design and competitive strategies. He also handled KPO work for Transamerica Life Agency in the areas of buy-sell agreements, key-man insurance, irrevocable trusts, estate planning and policy.
Balu has negotiated and coordinated sales & commission agreements with over 50 different insurance companies. As one of the Insurance Industry’s recognized stars, he generated $4.2 billion in Annuity sales and $150 million in Life Insurance sales for LPL.
Balu holds an MBA in International Marketing & BS in Electronic Engineering from Pacific States University, Los Angeles,California.
As eNoah’s visionary Chief Financial and Operating Officer ,industry veteran Ramesh brings more than two decades of stellar Finance experience in Accounting, Corporate Governance, Profit Center Management, Business Development, Business Process Outsourcing and implementation of ISO Quality standards and puts them to work every day to significantly reduce costs and raise profits for eNoah’s clients. Ramesh’s concentrated work experience spread across Unilever and Ford Motor Company set industry benchmarks in Best Accounting and Analytical practices.
Ramesh was the Global Business Development Manager of Ford Global Shared Service Center with a solid training in best global practices. He was instrumental in migrating Accounting, Analytical, Supply Chain, Auditing and Purchasing work from Ford Operations in North America, Europe & Asia Pacific to the Global Shared Service Center which resulted in significant cost saving with improved quality and delivery.
Prior to this, he was the Regional Internal Auditor for Ford in the Asia Pacific Region. He was responsible for Corporate Governance in Ford units across 13 countries and also established the Sarbanes Oxley compliance for the European operation at the Ford Global Shared Service Center.
While at Unilever, Ramesh was the Profit Center Commercial Manager directly responsible for driving profit targets. He was also responsible for piloting and implementing the ERP solution MFG/PRO for his Division. Ramesh is a Cost Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor (Florida, USA).
Subbu has more than two decades of experience in Manufacturing, IT services and Human Resources. Subbu has supervised several large scale process implementations at worldwide locations and has successfully managed a large and diverse workforce of multinational demographics.
He headed Operations, HR & Technology for an IT & ITES company ADCL, a strategic venture with Bytemanagers, Chicago. He has pioneered rural BPO concepts creating 500 seats on demand and has created warm DR and BC sites for US operations. He has designed and implemented ERP solutions for Textile, Latex & Hospital industries.
Subbu specializes in engineering content management, data enrichment, data cleansing and data dictionary creation for MRO items. He has handled more than a million SKUs for Grainger, Newark Electronics, Applied Electronics, Fertil of UAE and other top notch clients.
Subbu has headed operations of large yarn manufacturing plants in India & Thailand. He implemented Kaizens enterprise wide in a TVS group company, KG Group and Colton Textiles in Bangkok. He also implemented TPM for a TVS Company, the first certified textile plant in the world by JIPM for TPM.
Subbu is a Member of the Institute of Engineers and holds an MBA in Production & Systems. He is also a certified “Project Management Professional” from the Project Management Institute, US. Subbu is expertly trained in project management, quality systems, maintenance, plant operations & technology by SITRA, LMW, Zinser, Trutchzler, Schlafhorst, JIPM and NIIT.
Mr. Sherman is headquartered in the US and serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development. He has been an integral part of eNoah senior management since 2010.
Prior to his deputation in the US, Mr. Sherman was headquartered in Singapore as Senior Vice President APAC. Here, he was responsible for successfully penetrating new geographies and launching eNoah in new markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia.
Mr. Sherman spearheads strategic initiatives and GTM for new and existing products and service lines. His strategic leadership has resulted in strong growth in revenue and profitability for eNoah. Mr. Sherman is outcome-driven and is responsible for articulating business plans focusing on policy matters, corporate objectives, budgeting, and forecast.
He has a Masters in ERP and two decades of experience in IT & Management consulting across international markets including Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, India, and the US. Mr. Sherman strategically engages with customers to identify industry-specific challenges. He works closely with managers and clients to address industry pain points with innovative new technology including data science, automation, machine learning, and thorough business process improvement.
Before his deputation in the US, Mr. Sherman was employed with eNoah iSolution Pte Ltd as Vice President (Asia Pac) on August 12, 2010, and as Senior Vice President (Asia Pac) since 2013.
Mr. Sherman is a successful serial entrepreneur. He was the Founding Director of two start-ups, Scryptions India Pvt Ltd and Mediland Transtech Pvt Ltd, where he played a vital role in streamlining business processes, improving healthcare documentation, and making key strategic decisions to improve top lines and profitability.
Mr. Sherman helped incubate and scale operations up from a start-up to a few hundred strong. A brilliant technical and business executive leader, Mr. Sherman has developed an innovative technology platform for medical transcription companies.
Mr. Sherman has a Masters in Business (ERP) and a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy. He is trained and certified in Oracle Financials, has completed PMIS (Project Management Information Systems), and has Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
Mr. Krishnamoorthy (MSK) is Principal consultant - Technology. He brings over 25+ years of robust leadership, management, information technology and consulting experience to us and our clients. He has delivered excellence and honed his skills at Fortune-500, International banking and Big-5 consulting organizations.
He combines leadership skills with exceptional systems engineering skills to create winning results. His expertise includes conventional application architecture, cloud computing, big data, mobile applications and system security. He conceives and implements aggressive strategies that lead to revenue and profit growth.
He cultivates business relationships with senior executives, domestic and international. He has contributed to patents in the field of information systems and software engineering. He provides management consulting for mergers and acquisitions. He has added further specialized skills by preparing aspiring professionals for the challenges of competitive industrial environment.
Mukesh is the Senior Vice President – Information Technology at eNoah. He is responsible for leading the Technology and Business teams to ensure consistent delivery excellence in IT projects.
Mukesh has more than 15 years of in depth experience handling large scale implementations and IT transformation projects for clients in the US, APAC and Europe. He has implemented green-field projects for large Insurance public sector organizations and has varied experience in product development including the Mobility space. Mukesh has successfully led shared service and delivery teams in Steria, and HCL Technologies prior to joining eNoah.
He has consistently surpassed industry standards and excelled in creating PeopleSoft based integrations that work on miniature access and communication devices. As a Business Analayst, he has played key roles in implementing upgrade and consolidation projects for a variety of worldwide customers. Mukesh offers solid expertise in North American Payroll, Taxation and enhanced competency in designing HR and Payroll systems for large retail and aerospace organizations.
Mukesh holds a Masters in Labor Management and is a certified ITIL and Quality Analyst. He has successfully rolled out applications for Government Housing Authorities in the US and Singapore, and has managed many ERP Centers of Excellence.
Hari is the Vice President – Information Technology at eNoah. He is responsible for IT Services Delivery and providing consistent improvement in operational efficiency
Hari has 20+ years of experience in various domain including manufacturing, automobile, telecom and education. He has rich experience in implementing various ERP solutions and specifically in the area of supply chain management. He led many IT transformation projects and also lead Managed Test Services
He was instrumental in rolling out end to end ERP in above domains and providing an outcome based solution for various clients in USA, Europe and AsiaPac

Mr. S Kanagaratnam is the Sales Director for Asia Pacific region. He has worked in technology and finance for over a decade and has worked with some of Australia’s largest organizations as well as several startups.He is able to combine the needs of a business’s strategic requirements to their technology needs to ensure systems are build and designed to support and enhance an organizations strategy. He is also very active in the startup technology companies landscape in Australia and is involved with a number of boards at an advisory level.
Stacey Paulson has been in the Insurance Services Industry for 20 years. She previously worked at Diversified Brokerage Services Inc., one of the largest national brokerage agencies in the United States.
She began her career as a Brokerage Assistant and quickly moved to Brokerage Case Manager, Team Leader and Sr. New Business Manager. Here she assisted with the restructure of the New Business Department & led up to 3 teams from application entry, case management and policy issuance. With her final role, she led 2 Case Management teams and handled Carrier and Vendor Relations. Working in these positions gave her a strong, comprehensive look at nearly all aspects of the life of an application from presale, new business administration, underwriting and in force services.
She also served on several Carrier Operational Boards and Committees and participated in pilots where she was able to contribute to process efficiencies and new innovations with carrier and vendor partners. With these roles, she gained insights into not only the Brokerage and Direct Agency distribution but also the Carrier & Vendor market space needs. She resides in Minnesota with her husband and two daughters.
